From personal journey to community empowerment
My journey in the SAP ecosystem began in 2020. I made a deliberate decision to build my career independently, developing expertise from the ground up through persistence, continuous learning, and certification, all without external support. By 2023, what started as a one-person initiative grew into a team of six skilled professionals.
Bridging the gap for aspiring IT professionals
Today, our consulting company provides full SAP support to a large international client, delivering reliable and high-quality solutions. I am also a recognized SAP partner within the Ecosystem Build program and am working towards official SAP training partnership status. This experience inspired TechBridge Academy, a SAP-focused training initiative designed to bridge the gap between young talent and real career opportunities.
Our core beliefs and guiding principles
At TechBridge Academy, we believe in equal access to opportunity, focusing on practical, real-world SAP knowledge through learning by doing. Mentorship and support are crucial to us, helping students build confidence and navigate challenges. We aim for long-term impact, not just short-term success, creating sustainable career paths and contributing to the growth of the IT community. The first generation of participants will receive training completely free of charge, removing financial barriers.
